Mr. David Berishvili is a Senor Associate at BLF. His practice areas mainly include Corporate Law, Investment Law, Contract Law, Administrative and Civil Procedural Law.

Mr. Berishvili graduated from Georgian-American University faculty of law in concentration with business law and was awarded with the Degree of Bachelor of Laws.

In 2009 he studied at “Georgian Young Lawyers Association” and passed the Administrative law course.

David has obtained a Certificate of International Mediapassed qualificationtion course held by” South Texas College of Law” in collaboration with  “Ivane Javakhishvili State University”.

In addition to being a Senor Associate  at BLF, he is the head of International Media Holding NILTEX HOLDING LIMITED as a legal and business destination and carries out licenses to the company and communicates with communications regulatory bodies of various countries.

David’s capabilities include building strong communication network with clients, colleagues and other external parties; flexibility and experience of working under pressure; drafting and/or reviewing agreements and other legal documents.

David’s linguistic abilities comprise of Georgian (native), English (fluent) and Russian (fluent).
