Ana Lursmanashvili is an Associate at our law firm. She is mainly specialized in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, Civil Law, Administrative Law, Labor Law and Medical Law. Her practice area includes legal drafting and analyzes, corporate and business transactions, real estate transactions. Ana has been involved in structuring and drafting various legal documents, including but not limited to applications, legal memorandums, legal opinions, due diligence reports, contracts etc.

Prior to joining BLF Ana was junior associate at GLCC Law Firm. She served as paid intern at Law Firm LPA LLC. Her practice experience also includes internship at Central Election Commission of Georgia. She worked at Tbilisi City Hall, Division of expertise of legal violation case proceeding and legal acts. 

Ana is participant of “OPEN WORLD PROGRAM” sponsored by Open World Leadership Center in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. During her bachelor’s program, she went through a legal internship at law firm “HALL BOOTH SMITH & SLOVERS P.C.” (Atlanta, Georgia, USA). She has successfully passed Georgian Bar Exam in June 2011 in Civil Law specialization and is the member of Georgian Bar Association. Ana has been awarded with several certificates confirming her participation in legal competitions and trainings.

Ana Lursmanashvili graduated from Caucasus University, Caucasus School of Law. She holds Diplomas of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.

With her native Georgian, Ana speaks fluent English.
